Shipping Methods and Fees

Our team makes sure that your order is processed and fulfilled quickly and efficiently as soon as you place an order with us.

  • Depending upon the product being selected, and the volume of orders being processed, the processing time may vary from 1-2 business days or more.
  • After we have received your email confirming the order and payment, you will be notified with an email confirming that your order has been shipped from our warehouse.
  • Orders received during holidays or weekends would be processed within the next available business working days.
  • In case the ordered product is out of stock or unavailable for other reasons, your order will not be processed. Our Sale Rep may consult you in this regard.
  • Request for product configuration, availability of inventory, testing and quality control would take more processing time.

Note: the high volume of orders and or other contingencies may cause inordinate delays in processing. But you will be notified if such situations arise.

Online Tracking of Orders

We will keep you in the loop regarding the processing and shipment of your orders from the time it leaves the warehouse until it arrives at their destination. Right after the shipment of your order, our team will send you an email with a tracking number and instructions on how to track the delivery status of the package.

Online Receipt/Invoice

Immediately after the shipment of your order, you will receive an email containing instructions on how to print your receipt or invoice.

Backordered Products

We understand the importance of keeping you updated regarding the availability of out-of-stock products. Morgan Arabia Trading Company will provide up-to-date and accurate information about backordered dates. Here are some guidelines in this regard.

  • In case the product is out of stock, we will provide estimated backorder data on the product page depending upon the information from our suppliers.
  • When you place an order for a backorder product, our team will send you an email confirming the order and sharing the estimated backorder date.
  • Our team will keep you updated about any change to the estimated backorder date. You would be able to check the status of the product by logging in to your account on our store.
  • As soon as the order is available, we will ship your product and you will be informed as well.

International Shipping

We provide shipping for every country on the glove. Our logistical arrangement would make sure that you get your product at your doorstep no matter where you are.

Note: US-mandated embargo countries are excepted. Inconvenience is regretted.

Cost & Timeframe for International Shipping

We provide shipping services across the world. Our delivery policy for international shipments is given below:

  • Orders for international shipment are processed under normal conditions within 1-2 business days. The delivery time for the product may way from 7-10 business days depending upon the destination country. But shipment may take additional days depending upon customs clearance.
  • The shipment is determined by the weight and dimension of the packages as well destination country. The cost can be determined by our SmartCartTM shopping cart system at the checkout stage.
  • When your order has been processed and shipped, you will be provided with an online tracking number so that you can track the delivery status of your package.
  • If you want to cancel the order, please contact us as soon as possible. Please note that your order would not be canceled in case the package has already been shipped.

Customs and Other Taxation

The customers are informed that your products may be subjected to customs, import duties, or other carrier-related taxes upon reaching the country of your residence. We are not liable to pay these customs or other charges. You are advised to consult your customs official in this regard.

Refunds and Returns

  • All our products are refundable. We accept refunds of products purchased from our stores within 15 days of receiving the product. In case, items are used, damaged, not in original packaging, or without a valid RMA number, buyers would not be provided with a refund.
  • Customers will be provided with a product refund minus shipping cost. The company would not pay any shipping charges unless otherwise stated by our representatives.
  • Buyers would be charged with paying 25% of the restocking fee, in case customers want to return non-faulty items.
  • If you have received a damaged item, refuse the shipment, or in case of concealed damage within the carton, contact our support team at +966114348700 for resolution of the issue. We will try our best to reach a satisfactory level for you.
