INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Here are the procedures and guidelines for international orders that we follow. This policy applies to all international orders processed by our company.

Worldwide Services

We accept orders all over the world. No matter where you are, simply email us or call us via the given contact no to place an order. But please note that we cannot provide services to US-embargo countries. Inconvenience is regretted in this regard.

Timeframe for International Shipping

We provide shipping services across the world. Our delivery policy for international shipments is given below:

• Orders for international shipment are processed under normal conditions within 1-2 business days. The delivery time for the product may way from 7-10 business days depending upon the destination country. But shipment may take additional days depending upon customs clearance.
• The shipment is determined by the weight and dimension of the packages as well destination country. The cost can be determined by our SmartCartTM shopping cart system at the checkout stage.
• When your order has been processed and shipped, you will be provided with an online tracking number so that you can track the delivery status of your package.
• If you want to cancel the order, please contact us as soon as possible. Please note that your order would not be canceled in case the package has already been shipped.

Payment

We accept payment from multiple channels including credit card or wire transfers. Please note that the wire transfer fee will be borne by the customers.

Customs Clearance

Morgan Arabia Trading Company will provide all required documentation for customs clearance. But any delay due to customs clearance is not our responsibility. In case of an inordinate delay, you will need to contact your local customs officials to resolve the issue.

International Shipping Cost

Our firm offers international shipping to most countries. The charges will be determined by the destination, weight, and size of the package. The orders will be shipped with the courier of our choosing and you will be provided with a tracking number to track the delivery status of the package.

In order to further facilitate you, our SmartCart™ helps you calculate automatically the shipping charges for any country in the world. Just add the product to the shopping cart and select the country of your residence, SmartCardTM calculates the total shipping charges without requiring an account number or other details.

Please take note that we only ship to those countries which are enlisted in Smart Shopping Cart.

Customs, Duties, and Other Taxations

The international orders may be subjected to customs, import duties, or other taxes imposed by the country of residence. We are not liable for these charges and the courier company would collect these additional charges at the time of delivery.

Returns and Refunds

International orders are eligible for returns and refunds just like domestic orders in KSA. But the shipping fee for returns or refunds would be the responsibility of the customers. The company will not have any liability in this regard.

Product Compatibility

Please make sure that your electrical system and the standards of your home country are compatible with the product you are ordering. In case of damage as a result of using the incompatible electrical system, we would not be held responsible.
