Returns & Refunds for Damaged or Defective Products

  • Morgan Information Technology Co offers returns for products within 15 days of receipt of shipment to you if products are eligible for return.
  • Products that are not eligible for a return would not be returned under any circumstances.
  • If you have received a product with malfunctioning or manufacturing defects or is damaged upon delivery or the wrong product, or they don’t meet the described ordered products (e.g. different model, color/different specifications), flag this issue within 48 hours of receiving the product and contact our customer service team at +966534731451. Failing would render you ineligible for return or exchange.
  • Our customer service team would contact you for brief questions and answers to determine whether the product got damaged during delivery or we have shipped a damaged product.
  • The customers will have to return the products falling under the above category within 15 days after delivery of the products. The products must be returned in their original condition including all original packaging and materials (manuals, accessories, etc.).
  • We don’t accept returns of products that have scratches or got damaged due to misuse or got malfunctioning as a result of the wrong voltage connection. It is our sole discretion to consider returns that could not meet the above-said criteria.

Return and Refund Policy for Non-Faulty Products

If you are not satisfied with the performance of the product and have made up your mind to replace it, we can entertain your request subject to the following terms and conditions.

  • First thing first, the return or refund of the non-faulty product is at the complete discretion of Morgan Information Technology Co. The product must be returned within 15 days of delivery of the product.
  • The product must be unopened and the manufacturer’s seal must be in its original shape, neither marked nor defaced, otherwise, the request would not be entertained.
  • Unless the parcel is shipped wrongly, the buyers would be charged with 25% restocking fee for replacing or refunding the product they have bought from our store.
  • The products must be sent back in their original condition, that is the user manuals, warranty cards, or other accessories or documents must be packed within the manufacturer’s packaging.

Note: the process for generating RMA is the same for returning both faulty and non-faulty products.

Process for Generating RMA

  • The return process starts with the submission by buyers to generate RMA or Return Merchandise Return. The order number, date of purchase, and serial number/model numbers must be provided while submitting the request for the RMA form.
  • We will verify whether the product in question is covered by warranty or not, if the answer is yes, our engineers would contact you and try to fix the problem through phone or other modes of remote access.
  • Provided that the problem remains unfixed, buyers will be emailed the RMA number along with instructions regarding the return process. The product received without a valid RMA or received after the stipulated timeframe would be rejected forthwith. RMA would neither be reissued nor extended under any circumstances.
  • Buyers are recommended strongly to ship products in strong packaging to avoid physical damage. Moreover, standard courier services like DHL, UPS, or FedEx should be selected as they can give you proof of delivery. The company would not bear any charges linked to shipping and would not be responsible for any damage as a result of shipping.
  • The RMA number should be written prominently on the shipping box. Buyers are advised strongly not to write anything on the original manufacturing box or material, otherwise, the manufacturer would have the right to reject your return application.
  • The parcel must be addressed as per the information provided in our official email containing the RMA number.
  • When we have received the product within the given timeframe, our engineers/product experts will check the product thoroughly. After satisfaction, you will be provided with a replacement/refund.
  • The replacement could be either a new product or equivalent to the product or equivalent to the specifications of the product under question.

Additional Note of Caution

In case you receive a parcel whose shopping box is showing obvious physical damage, don’t accept the parcel and write us an email. But in case you find that damage is concealed within a shipping box, email us immediately so that we could arrange an inspection as soon as possible.
