Payment

Morgan Arabia Trading Company accepts payment from multiple channels including but not limited to credit cards, bank transactions, and net 30-day terms for qualified organizations. We make sure that your transaction is secured with encryption technology for protecting your payment and personal information. The payment process would immediately be carried out with the completion of checkout. Taxes would be calculated based on your location. Please note that prices shown on the website are all in SAR (Saudi Arabia Riyal).

Credit Terms

We offer credit terms to eligible customers including qualified commercial, academic, and government accounts within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. However, credit terms are also available for other customers depending upon the order history of one quarter or at least and final review and recommendations of our finance team. Needless to say that Morgan Arabia Trading Company strictly monitors the adherence to credit terms by the customers. All credit terms would be subject to approval and would depend upon your creditworthiness.

Credit Card Policy

Acceptable Credit Cards: We accept all major credit cards including but not limited to Visa, MasterCard, Discover Cards, American Express, and JCB cards for most of the orders. Please note that we cannot accept credit cards for some countries, in this case, the customers are advised to use banking transactions.

Credit Card Authorization: You are to provide your name, phone number, and fax number of the bank of your credit card along with a credit card authorization form for avoiding delays in credit card-based purchases. Please note that when you provide us with credit card information, you are authorizing us to charge your credit card for the total amount of the order, taxes, and shipping charges, among others, if applicable.

Payment Process: The billing address you provide us should be the cardholder’s address and it must be on record of the concerned bank as well. The address should also be the same as where your billing statements are sent.

Please note that in case you don’t provide accurate information, the payment process could also get delayed. In the event that the ordered product is on backorder, we will authorize funds but would not charge your credit card unless the product is shipped.

Bank Transfers

Morgan Arabia Trading Company accepts bank transfers as an alternative to credit card payment. The processing fee for using this option is SAR 100. If you wish to pay through bank transfers, please choose this option at checkout and adhere to the following guidelines:

• During the SmartCart Checkout process, accept the banking transfers as your payment option.
• The SAR 100 processing fee would be added to your total order; you can check this on your Order Summary Page.
• Right after you have placed your order, a confirmation email would be sent to you containing information about our bank.
• Contact your bank official and ask them for a transfer of funds to the bank account whose information we have shared with you through a confirmation email.
• Please note that you must ask your bank officials to add a reference of your full name and mention the order number as well in the transfer to avoid delays in order processing. The funds must be received before the processing of your order.

Proforma Invoices

Although we don’t provide credit terms outside the jurisdiction of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, we can provide our international customers with Proforma Invoice to cater to their internal needs. But this facility would require the pre-payment using either credit cards or bank transfers before the shipment of the order.

International Orders

The prices that Morgan Arabia Trading Company shows on its website, email notifications, Proforma invoices, invoices, and certified price quotations are in SAR only. If you reside out of the KSA, you can use the Currency Converter available in SmartCart Checkout Card to calculate prices in your national currency.
